Our standard MOQ is 300 pcs per design for yoga mats, 200 pcs per style per colour for yoga apparel, and 500 pcs per colour for yoga balls. For trial orders, more flexible arrangements can sometimes be discussed — please contact us with your specific requirements.

Yes. Each colour must meet the MOQ stated above, but multiple colours can be combined into one shipment.

Absolutely — private label is our core business. You can send us a design or a reference sample, and we will produce it with your brand label, hang tags and packaging.

Yoga mats and yoga balls: 7–10 days. Yoga apparel: 10–14 days. Sample fees are generally refundable against bulk orders above the MOQ.

Mats and balls: 20–25 days. Apparel: 25–35 days. Lead times are counted from deposit receipt and sample approval. During peak season (September–November), lead times may be extended.

For new clients, we can sometimes arrange a small trial order at a slightly higher unit price. Please share your specific situation and we will do our best to accommodate it.

FOB Ningbo / Shanghai is our default. CIF, DDP and door-to-door services are available on request. Express courier is used for samples and small orders.

T/T (30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L); L/C at sight for large orders; PayPal or Wise for sample fees. Alibaba Trade Assurance is also supported.

Yes. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and any product certifications required for your destination market.

CE, SGS, ISO 9001, REACH and BSCI. Packaging paper products can additionally be supplied with FSC certification. Product-specific test reports are available upon request.

We offer TPE (recyclable), TPU (eco-friendly polyurethane), PU / rubber (durable) and recycled nylon options. All comply with EU REACH and US CPSIA requirements.

Incoming material inspection → in-line inspection during production → 100% final inspection before dispatch. Third-party inspections (SGS / BV) are welcome.

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our inquiry form: name, email or WhatsApp number, company, country, phone, product interest, quantity and your message. Anonymised visitor statistics are also recorded via server logs.

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide quotations and follow up on potential cooperation. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Inquiry data is retained for up to 3 years to maintain business continuity. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@muputy.com.

All customer designs, specifications and business information are treated as confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before receiving sensitive materials.
